Do the lace front wigs look as real as they say??

I am thinking about buying a lace wig cuz I dont have the time anymore to do my very thick and curly hair, due to my 16 month old son. I just want to look good again so I am thinking about buying a lace wig. I just want to know if anyone really knows if they look natural before I purchase one, they are not cheap.

    I wear lace wigs regularly. I have had people come right up and inspect the part in my hair and still not believe that I’m wearing a wig. A lot depends on application, getting the right lace colour and the quality of the lace.

    I agree, I can often spot a celebrities’ lace wig. But I also take into account that their pictures and tv appearances are done under very bright lights which can make the lace more visible (especially if lace is left on the forehead instead of cutting right back to the wig’s hairline). Most of us will not be subject to such extreme lighting.

    Beyonce wears them and I can usually tell by looking at her hairline. If you look closely around her hairline you can see crisscross patterns.
