		<description>I don&#039;t really know where to tell you to start.  Many people I know who create wigs have been perfecting their craft for decades. It is time consuming and tedious, but beautiful when done right.  If the wig would be for occasional use, I would suggest looking at sites for theatre costuming and make up.  If it is for more regualr use, it may be less expensive time and money wise to buy a hand tied wig.  If it is for the knowledge and joy of creating hairpieces, see if charities like Locks of Love need volunteers that thay are willing to train.</description>
