Real Human Hair wigs?

Hey all im 18 and I have trichotillomania and its hard to fight the urge to pull my hair ive been doing it for about a year an its getting worse with all thats going on in my life now, well i was wondering ifanyone here wears the real human hair wigs? are they really great and can people notice? do they fall of easily and are easy to manage? any other info you can give me i will really appreciate!.

Also would i be able to swim with it on?

    Ohh there actually are some wigs that are specially made to fit your scalp and you can go on rollar coasters, swimming, and do anything you want to with them. But these wigs are very expencive.
    I personally don't know the price or how they work to stay on that way it was on tv lol
    But some wigs look really convincing =o they would sure fool me =P

    First thing, first. See a doctor, if you already haven't. They have medication for your condition.
