I hate that you are having to go through this! I do know what you are saying but might I also add that I am sure you feel self-conscious about it which will either 1. draw more attention to the wig, or 2. make you feel like everyone is watching!

"The wig will not look natural if it’s pulled too far down in front and it should never be placed over your ears. Treat your wig like your own hair when styling and remember your beauty shop or hair salon personnel can always help you with styling your wig just like your own natural hair."
ps… you could also try a cute hat or thick headband around your forehead where the wig meets your skin to make it look a bit more natural. Good luck sweetie!
They *do* look funny on African American girls! They look like they’re wearing wigs! African American hair doesn’t grow long like the wigs Tyra wears, and even when it does, it takes years and years and years.
try to eat pig guts for a year….j/k
I don’t know
because people expect more outta you….
It’s just the way our society works.
It for sure isn’t right, but people still act that way.
To point out their being rude, if you ever see anyone stare at you, just explain what you just explained to me.
It will for sure make them embarrassed and teach them an important lesson about acceptance and not making stereotypes, like only african american people can have weaves or wigs.
because they cant grow their hair long, you probably can so dont make it sound like its a big issue.
wigs arent bad…just wear it
